Situation
A Czech engineering company was expecting the arrival of a foreign delegation from France. They were in need of a French-Czech interpreter.
The intention of the foreign visit was to acquaint the representatives of the French company with the manufacturing processes of the Czech engineering company and to negotiate commercial terms for the conclusion of a cooperation agreement. The international meeting consisted of several business meetings and professional training of employees of the French company.
Action
Our company's task was to provide Czech-French interpreting services:
- During the arrangement of transportation and accommodation for the foreign delegation
- During the business meetings
- During a detailed briefing about the production process in the Czech engineering plant
- During professional training of personnel for the operation of machinery
