We implement the localisation of software applications, programme documentation, web pages, online prognoses, manuals, etc.
Localisation is the process of adapting a programme to an actual target country. This is not only a question of the translation of a text into (an)other language(s), but more particularly one of its adaptation to a given language and to cultural, market-related, and other practices.
When localising programmes, whether software, www pages or technical documentation, we use a special translation support software, a so-called CAT tool, in order to preserve the terminological consistency of a text (the use of identical terms throughout the document), to reduce the cost of the translation and to create a translation memory and a technological dictionary.
