Shoe Industry
In the Czech Republic when we say the words “shoe industry” or “shoe production”, most of us immediately think of the name Thomas Bata. Thanks to him the then Czechoslovakia became a shoe-making titan.

Thomas Bata had his foreign branches, factories and sister companies in 54 different countries, on four continents and he employed tens of thousands of people.

Due to a strong influx of cheap shoes from Asia, the glorious era of shoemaking has taken a beating in recent years, both in the Czech Republic and worldwide. And yet some shoe companies still exist today, and they produce comfortable high-quality shoes.

It’s for one such shoe company that we translate and localize their website. German translations, language corrections and website localization are all “tailored” to fit on the Czech market.
